4. Payments and Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. All payments are due by the date specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payment via the methods listed on our website or communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. In general:

• Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may forfeit the deposit

Sea Suite Naples reserves the right to terminate any charter early without refund if guests fail to comply with these responsibilities or create unsafe conditions.

7. Safety The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. The captain has final authority over all decisions made on the water, including the right to alter or cancel a trip due to weather or unsafe conditions. All guests are required to follow safety instructions and use provided safety equipment when directed.

8. Liability Sea Suite Naples is not liable for:

• Injuries, losses, or damages resulting from failure to follow crew instructions
• Personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during a charter
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, mechanical failure, or acts of nature
